<p class="wp-block-paragraph">１ヶ月以上かけて<a rel="noopener" target="_blank" href="https://ja.aliexpress.com/item/4000816286181.html?spm=a2g0o.store_pc_groupList.8148356.7.24945877hmY8T8">Prusa MINIの改造用にTraianglelab製（オリジナルはBONDTECH）のデュアルドライブエクストルーダー<span class="fa fa-external-link external-icon anchor-icon"></span></a>と<a rel="noopener" target="_blank" href="https://ja.aliexpress.com/item/1005001689822459.html?spm=a2g0o.store_pc_groupList.8148356.35.15bd34d5LCSHLf">チタンヒートブレイク<span class="fa fa-external-link external-icon anchor-icon"></span></a>が到着しました。<br>このパーツ交換でPrusa MINIの不満はかなり解消されました、Prusa MINIユーザーの方は是非とも交換した方が良いと思います。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">届いたものは見事に本体ののみでペラ紙一枚入っていなかったです。<br>全く知らずに注文する方もいないと思いますが、注文される方は要注意ですね。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">上記のようにフィラメントの押し出しギアの受け側がオリジナルはつるんとしたベアリングでしたが、デュアルドライブと言うことでこちらもギアになります。<br>今まで片押しだったものが両側からしっかり押し出す機構に変わります。<br>Traianglelabの物はBondtechのコピー品です。<br>駆動ギアの位置が上から下に変わっているのと歯数が変わっているため、回転方向やステップ数の設定が必要になります。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="prusa-mini-改造"><span id="toc2">Prusa MINI 改造</span></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">改造というか換装というか、工程自体はそんなに難しくありませんでした。<br>バラしてネジ等再利用して組み付け直す以上！な感じです。<br>ここでダラダラ説明しても分かりにくいので、詳しい手順は<a rel="noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.bondtech.se/product-category/upgrade-kits/prusa/mini/" data-type="URL" data-id="https://www.bondtech.se/product-category/upgrade-kits/prusa/mini/">本家BONDTECHのセットアップガイド<span class="fa fa-external-link external-icon anchor-icon"></span></a>を参照してください。<br>最後の設定以外は説明書が無くてもなんとかなります。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">注意点としてはモーターの取り付け向きと、ノズルやヒートブレイク取り外し時に温度をあげる必要があるので（フィラメントがこびりついていると外れないので溶かす）火傷しないように注意してください。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">一つわからなかったのは下の写真で取り付けている継ぎ手です。<br>付属のものを使おうとすると、オリジナルのメス側とうまくハマらなかったので元々Prusa MINIに付いていた物を使いました。<br>オスメス両方交換するとなるとPTFEチューブの抜け留めも交換しないといけないのでかなり面倒です。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">チタンヒートブレイクは素材だけでなく形状も違います。<br>ネジのすぐ上（写真では下）が窪んでいます。<br>形状と素材の両方で円柱部分に熱が伝わりにくくなっています。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">ヒートブレイクにはグリスを塗りますが、窪みより上の長い方（ヒートシンクと接する方）だけに塗ります。<br>熱を冷やすのが目的なのにヒートブロック側にも塗ると熱をもらいやすくしてしまいます。<br>軽く閉めたら<span class="marker-under-red">ノズルの温度を270度まで上げて1分ほど待ってから本締め</span>してください。<br>ノズルがヒートブロックに接触する場合はヒートブロックのねじ込み具合を調整して隙間を作ってください。<br></p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="テンション調整"><span id="toc4">テンション調整</span></h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">オリジナルのものとは位置が違いエクストルーダの上で調整できるようになりました。<br>六角穴も付いているのでどれだけ回したかがわかりやすくなりましたし、PTFEチューブのロックがしっかりしていて引っ張っても抜けなくなりました。<br>チューブを外すときはオレンジの部分を取り外して、黒い出っ張りをエクストルーダーがわに押し込みながらチューブを引くと外れます。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">テンションはフィラメントを抜いてある状態で調整します。<br>PLAなど硬めのフィラメントは全締めから2回転空けます。<br>TPUなど柔らかいフィラメントは全締めから3〜4回転空けます。<br>とはいえ結構テンション強いので（フィラメントについた噛み跡がすごい）もう少し緩めでも良いかもです。</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="換装完了"><span id="toc5">換装完了</span></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">無事に交換できたので念のためにSelfTestしてからファーストレイヤーキャリブレーションで完了です。</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="superpinda-sensor高さ調整"><span id="toc6">SuperPINDA Sensor高さ調整</span></h3>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">最初に取り付けた時ヒートブレイクが下になりすぎていて、キャリブレーション時にSuperPINDA Sensorが反応せず、ノズルでシートを凹ませてしまいました。<br>ヤバいと思ったらすぐに主電源を落としましょう！！</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="エクストルーダー交換の結果"><span id="toc7">エクストルーダー交換の結果</span></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">なんとか全ての改造が終わって無事に動作テストもできました。<br>前回問題だったeSUNのPLA+はどうなったかというと、問題なく220℃でプリントできるようになりました！！<br>（交換前は240℃でないと途中で詰まってしまってプリントできませんでした）</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">どこがどうなのかはわかりませんが、やっぱりヒートクリープしてたんですね。<br>無事にプリントできてほんとよかったです。</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="テストプリント"><span id="toc8">テストプリント</span></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">テストプリントで3Dプリンター用ノズルを作っているTECDIAKさんのKaikaノズルを使ってKaikaChallendeしてみました。<br>使用ノズルはkaika604 と kaika602です。<br>どのモデルも頭を下に向けて出しました。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">非常に残念ながら2mmノズルの設定を詰めきれず4mmノズルの方がキレイに出てますね。<br>やっぱりノズルが小さいとオーバーハングで不利になるんですかね。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Aliexpressからの購入は1月以上かかるので気長に待つ必要はありますが、Prusa MINIには必須の改造だと思います。<br>不要なトラブルを避けるためにも交換お薦めします。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">ヒートブレイクはバイメタル（ネジ部分はチタンで丸棒部分は銅）の物もありますが万全を期す方はそちらを購入してください。チタンのもので特に問題なさそうです。</p>
